403	Forbidden	No access to the model or token group	Check group permissions or contact support
404	Not found	Wrong URL path or unavailable model	Check /v1/models and verify URL spelling
413	Payload too large	Prompt or input exceeds context limit	Shorten input or split into smaller parts
429	Rate limited / quota exhausted	QPS too high or account balance/quota exhausted	Reduce concurrency and check quota
500	Upstream internal error	Upstream model provider error	Retry after 30 seconds
502	Gateway error	Gateway-to-upstream connection issue	Retry after 1 minute
503	Service unavailable	Upstream overloaded or under maintenance	Retry after 1-5 minutes
