Configure Claude Code with CC Switch

Download CC Switch from https://github.com/farion1231/cc-switch/releases/tag/v3.10.3.

• Windows: installer with MSI suffix
• macOS: package marked for Mac OS

Then add a custom configuration, fill in the correct token, group, endpoint, and model ID, and run the model test before enabling the config.
